Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
Grease 9-inch or 10-inch spring-form pan with Crisco.
Cover sides of pan with 1 cup of the crumbs to about 1-inch from the top.
Pour the rest into bottom of pan and press down until smooth.
Refrigerate.
