Mix ingredients well and place in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan OR 2 (8-inch) round cake pans.
Bake Bundt/tube cake for about 45 minutes OR 8-inch round pans for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350Β° oven. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool; remove from pan.
