Sift dry above ingredients into an ungreased 9 x 14-inch cake pan.
Make 2 holes or depressions in flour mixture in pan.
In one hole, put 2 tablespoons vinegar, in one put 3/4 cup oil.
Mix with a fork until well blended.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 50 minutes.
A toothpick may be inserted to test doneness or the cake should raise from small pressure from fingertips.
The mixture will stick to the toothpick if not done.
