Grasshopper Tarts
Grasshopper Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. shortening, 32 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. crème de menthe, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat chocolate chips and shortening over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
Line 12 medium (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. Swirl 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup with back of spoon to coat bottom and side.
Refrigerate until firm.
Fill in with remaining chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm.
Carefully remove paper baking cups from chocolate shells.
Return shells to muffin cups.
