Grasshopper Pie
Grasshopper Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 to 18 hydrox cookies, remove filling, 5 tbsp. melted butter, 25 marshmallows, 2/3 c. milk and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨🍳 Instructions
Combine cookies and melted butter.
Freeze for 20 minutes. Melt marshmallows; add milk.
Cool this mixture.
Whip the whipping cream; add to mixture crème de cacao and crème de menthe.
Pour into pie shell.
Shave chocolate over top.
Let set overnight before serving.
