Grasshopper Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cookie crumb crust, 1/2 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream, 1 8oz. tub of cool whip and 8 - 10 oreo cookies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Let ice cream and cool whip thaw and soften.
Mix together in a large bowl until well blended.
Pour into crust and freeze for approximately 2 - 3 hours until firm.
Crush cookies and sprinkle on top of pie.
Slice and serve immediately.
