Grasshopper Pie
Grasshopper Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 cream filled chocolate cookies, finely crushed, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 c. milk, few drops peppermint extract and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter.
Press into 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to Kraft Marshmallow Crème, mixing until well blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Freeze.
If desired, substitute 1/4 cup green crème de menthe for milk.
(Omit peppermint extract and coloring.)
