Grasshopper Dessert
Grasshopper Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box ritz crackers, crushed, 3/4 c. melted butter, 2 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding, 1 c. milk and 3 pt. softened vanilla yogurt or ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together for crust.
Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix all other ingredients, except Cool Whip and nuts.
Pour over cracker crumbs.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Freeze for at least 3 hours.
