Grapefruit Salad
Grapefruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes gelatin, 1 c. water, divided, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Bring remaining 1/2 cup water to boiling.
Add gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Cream sugar and cream cheese together in a large bowl; add gelatin mixture, pineapple, grapefruit sections and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into 6 cup oiled mold; chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
