Grapefruit Orange Mold
Grapefruit Orange Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes lemon flavored artificially sweetened gelatin, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water and 3/4 c. fresh diced grapefruit sections, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add water to gelatin mixture.
Chill until very thick.
Fold in grapefruit and orange sections.
Pour into six individual molds.
Chill until firm.
