Grapefruit Freeze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. mint leaves, chopped and 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pink grapefruit juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar and water in saucepan; bring to boil.

Add mint; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

Pour mixture through a strainer into an 8 cup container.

Discard mint.

Add grapefruit juice.

Divide mixture into two 1-quart freezer containers; cover and freeze.

Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.

Stir until slushy.

Garnish, if desired, with fresh mint sprigs.
