Grape Sunshine is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. concord grape pulp, 7 1/2 c. sugar and 1 box sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Using real ripe grapes, wash and remove stems.

Place in large kettle with enough water to cover bottom of pan only. Kettle can be pretty full of grapes.

Cook over medium heat until skins pop open.

Run grapes, skins and seeds through a sieve, crushing grapes and skins as much as possible.

Stir in 1 box of Sure-Jell with pulp in kettle.

Bring to a full boil over high heat.

Add sugar at once, bringing to a full boil again; stir constantly.

Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat.

Skim off foam. Put hot mixture in jars or glasses and top with melted paraffin.
