Grape Sparkle
Grape Sparkle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white grape juice, 1 pkg. low calorie lemon flavored gelatin and 3/4 lb. seedless grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat 1 cup of the grape juice just to boiling point.
Add the gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add other cup of grape juice (ice cubes may be added for quick cooling).
Wash and let grapes dry.
Place grapes in the bottom of a bowl or in individual dessert glasses.
Pour thickened gelatin mixture over the grapes.
Chill until firm.
Yields 4 servings.
