Grape Salad
Grape Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. white seedless grapes, 2 lb. red seedless grapes, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. sugar and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash grapes, remove stems and dry on a towel.
In one bowl mix 1 package cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar.
In another bowl mix 1 package cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Mix the two bowls together and add grapes.
Spoon mixture into 3 1/2 quart dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar over grapes.
Sprinkle pecans over brown sugar.
Yield 12-15 servings.
