Grape-Nuts Pudding
Grape-Nuts Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. whole milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar, nutmeg or cinnamon and 1 c. grape-nuts cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Warm milk.
Pour over cereal.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
(If you're worried about too much sugar, cut it down to 1/3 to 1/2 cup.)
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Place in a larger pan with an inch or two of water in bottom.
Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
