Grape Jelly
Grape Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. grapes, 1 pkg. sure-jell, 7 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash grapes, pull from stem, crush thoroughly.
Add 1/2 cup water.
When grapes get hot, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Wet bag (pillow case) and wring dry.
Pour grapes into bag and squeeze out juice.
Allow 5 cups juice and Sure-Jell to come to a hard boil.
Add sugar.
When mixture comes to a boil that cannot be stirred down, start timing and boil 2 minutes.
Pour into hot jars.
Seal while hot.
