Grape Jelly
Grape Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c grape juice, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 c sugar and 1 pkg powdered fruit pectin, 1 3/4 oz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt batter bowl and microwave 15 to 18 minutes on high, or until jelly leaves a coating on a spoon dipped into the mixture.
It will thicken more as it cools.
Pour into glasses.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
Jars can be sterilized in the normal manner, filled with the hot jelly and sealed.
