Combine oats, coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and wheat germ in a large bowl.
Heat together oil and honey in microwave or on stovetop until almost boiling.
Stir into dry mixture, mixing well.
Spread a third of mixture in shallow pan. Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Repeat with remaining mixture.
