Granola Cereal
Granola Cereal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 c. sesame seed (optional), 1 c. sliced almonds, 1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. pure oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Use a large pan 2 to 3-inches high.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix well the honey, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry mixture.
Work with hands or large spoon.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 250° to 275° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toasty brown.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Add raisins after cereal is baked or they will be hard.
