Granola Cereal
Granola Cereal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. oatmeal, 1 c. wheat germ, 1/2 c. coconut, 1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, combine honey, oil, vanilla and orange rind.
Heat until warmed.
Pour the honey mixture over dry ingredients in bowl.
Stir until coated.
Pour this mixture into broiler pan or large jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool; stir in raisins.
Store in covered jar.
Eat plain or with milk.
