Granola Bars
Granola Bars is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in about 2 hours 10 minutes. Made with c. regular oats, uncooked, c. butter or margarine, melted, c. firmly packed brown sugar, c. honey and egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place oats in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at for minutes, stirring at 5 minute intervals; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; add oats, and mix well. Spread mixture evenly into lightly greased jellyroll pan. Bake for minutes.
Cool completely and cut into bars.
Yields about 5 dozen bars.
