Granola Bars
Granola Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. oats, 1 c. peanuts, 1 c. raisins, 1 c. sunflower seeds and 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Line a 15 x 10-inch pan with aluminum foil; grease foil.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Press evenly into pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool slightly; remove from pan and remove foil.
Cut into bars.
Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
(May substitute items for chocolate chips, coconut, etc.)
Makes 48 bars.
