Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. honey, 8 c. oats, 1 c. coconut and 1 to 2 c. nuts (any kind), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix together the oil and honey in large bowl.
Add the oats, coconut, nuts and seeds.
Mix well and place in 2 large Pyrex dishes.
Sprinkle each dish with 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Bake at 200° to 225° for 1 to 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes.
Cook until a golden brown or desired crunchiness.
Cool and store in airtight containers.
