Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rolled oats, 2 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. wheat flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Measure oats, wheat flakes, nuts and coconut into bowl. Stir to mix.
Honey, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Spread 1/2-inch on cookie sheet. Bake at 250Β° until toasted and golden brown, about 40 to 60 minutes.
Stir occasionally as sides brown first. Let cool.
Store in jars.
