Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. regular oatmeal, 1 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1/4 c. powdered milk, 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine and heat vegetable oil, honey and vanilla. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture on cookie sheet(s). Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool thoroughly. Add sunflower seeds and the preferred combination of dried fruit/nuts.
Store in airtight container.
