Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. uncooked rolled oats, 2 c. wheat germ, 1 c. flaked coconut, 3/4 c. honey and 1 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix dry ingredients well. Add liquids which have been stirred together and stir until dry ingredients are well coated. Bake in a 300Β° oven, turning over in pan every 15 minutes.
Granola will be a golden color when done.
Stir once in pan when cooling.
Store in tightly covered containers.
