Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut, 1/2 c. chopped nuts (i like almonds) and 1/2 c. sesame seeds or sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Bake on large cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Stir occasionally.
Cool and stir with fork until crumbly.
Store in covered jar.
Serve with dried apricots, raisins, dates and yogurt.
