Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 c. regular rolled oats, 2 c. unsweetened coconut, 1 1/3 c. wheat germ, 1 c. slivered almonds or cashew pieces and 1 c. sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix orange juice, almond extract, salt and honey.
Pour over dry ingredients and toss together.
Crumble into shallow baking sheets in 3/4-inch layer. Bake 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring occasionally.
Add raisins after baking.
Makes 14 cups.
