Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. wheat flour, 6 c. oats, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 c. wheat germ, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a separate bowl, blend the water, oil, honey, vanilla and salt.
Add liquid to dry and mix. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour or until dry and golden. When cool, add raisins, dates, almonds, etc.
Store in covered containers.
