Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. quick rolled oats, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 c. raisins or dates, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine oats, wheat germ and cinnamon. Mix oil and honey and add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Spread in shallow pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Watch carefully so it does not scorch.
Remove from oven and add raisins.
Makes 3 cups.
