Granola
Granola is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 c. rye flour, 1 c. yellow cornmeal, 1 c. soy flour and 1/2 c. wheat germ, toasted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir flours together.
Toast in heavy frying pan (no oil is needed) until well browned. Do not burn.
Place in large mixing bowl.
Add wheat germ, coconut, sesame seed and sunflower seeds which have been toasted individually.
