Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. safflower oil, 1/2 c. honey, 3 c. rolled oats and 1/2 c. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix vanilla, oil and honey; add all other ingredients and mix well.
Spread in large baking dish and bake at 325Β° for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
Stir 2 or 3 times during baking period. Remove from oven and add 4 ounces raisins, 1/2 cup raw sugar and 1/2 cup each of coconut and pecans.
Mix well.
Serve.
