Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rolled oats, 1 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut, 1 1/2 c. ground nuts, 1 c. wheat germ and 1/2 c. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all ingredients except last 3. Heat honey and oil and add vanilla.
Mix into other ingredients.
Spread in large, shallow, greased pan and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 200Β°, stirring every 30 minutes.
