Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 c. wheat germ, 1 1/2 c. coconut, finely ground and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix dry ingredients (except brown sugar) together in large pan. Whiz other ingredients in blender.
Add liquid to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Put in large shallow pans and bake at 250Β°.
Stir every 15 to 20 minutes to prevent burning.
Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serve with milk.
Add fruit, if desired: fresh peaches, strawberries or fruit puree.
