Grandpa'S Hot Stuff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chuck roast, 6 large potatoes, 2 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp. cayenne pepper and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut roast into pieces.
Lightly flour and fry in pan.
Then place meat in skillet or wok and cover with water.
Add paprika and cayenne pepper.
Cook on low for 2 hours.
Thirty minutes before you eat, add cut up potatoes.
The broth is wonderful for dipping your bread in and should be hot enough to clear your nose.
If not, add more cayenne.
