Grandmom's Fudge
Grandmom'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sugar, 3 sticks parkay spread (1 1/2 c.), 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.), 2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk chocolate, one of each or 2 of a kind) and 1 (13 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sugar,
Parkay and milk in a heavy large pan (5 or 6-quart).
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Then cook over medium for 5 minutes after coming to a boil, stirring constantly from sticking to bottom of pan. Drop a little water.
A soft ball. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate bits.
When melted, stir in Marshmallow Crème. Add vanilla.
Pour into lightly buttered pans.
Will set as it cools.
