Grandma's Rice
Grandma'S Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 cube chicken bouillon, 1 c. shredded coconut and 1 1/2 c. minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large skillet, saute onions and butter until yellow.
Add 1 1/2 cups water, bouillon cube and rice.
Cook 20 minutes on low heat or until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and add coconut and nuts.
This is great as a side dish or can be used as a stuffing for chicken.
