Grandma's Irish Bread
Grandma'S Irish Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. self-rising flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, mixed together and 1 c. raisins, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour and sugar.
Put eggs in middle of flour with a little milk.
Add raisins.
Knead.
Add milk, bit by bit.
Knead 5 minutes.
You may not use all of milk.
To prevent dough from sticking to hands, use oil.
Make a loaf and put in heavy greased pan and bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour.
After done, put butter over it.
