Grandma's Irish Bread
Grandma'S Irish Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. self-rising flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, mixed together and 1 c. raisins, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix flour and sugar.
Put eggs in middle of flour with a little milk.
Add raisins.
Knead.
Add milk, bit by bit.
Knead 5 minutes.
You may not use all of milk.
To prevent dough from sticking to hands, use oil.
Make a loaf and put in heavy greased pan and bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour.
After done, put butter over it.
