Put jar of peanut butter and pint of Marshmallow Crème in a bowl.
Set aside.
Put sugar with milk in saucepan and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into peanut butter and marshmallow.
Mix well and pour into well-buttered pan.
