Gram's Rice Pudding
Gram'S Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 4 c. water, 1 tsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil rice in the water seasoned with the butter and salt until water is almost completely absorbed.
Remove from heat; let stand about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat together the sugar, eggs and vanilla until frothy.
