Graham Cracker Pudding
Graham Cracker Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 graham crackers (double), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter, 4 c. milk and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll graham crackers (or use a food processor).
Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and butter.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with mixture, saving 1 cup for top of pudding.
Cook milk, 1 cup sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour and vanilla until thick.
Pour into lined pan.
Cover with meringue made with the egg whites left from the pudding.
Then cover with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
