Graham Cracker Fluff
Graham Cracker Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. cold milk, 1 pkg. gelatin (1 tbsp.) and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg yolks and add sugar and milk.
Cook in top of double boiler until slightly thickened.
Soak gelatin in cold water. Pour hot mixture over softened gelatin and stir until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites, vanilla and whipped cream to the chilled mixture.
