Graham Cracker Fluff
Graham Cracker Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. gelatin, 1/3 c. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. rich milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Soak gelatin in water; set aside.
Mix sugar, milk and egg yolks; cook for one minute, stirring all the time.
Remove from heat; add gelatin and vanilla.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Then add stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Melt butter; mix brown sugar, butter and graham cracker crumbs together.
Line bottom of a dish with 1/2 of crumbs.
Pour in pudding; put remaining crumbs on top.
Chill.
