Graham Cracker Cake
Graham Cracker Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. coconut, 5 large eggs and 2 to 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter and sugar.
Soften crackers in 2 cups milk and hold aside.
Add eggs, one at a time, to creamed mix and beat well.
Then add vanilla, coconut, pecans and baking powder and mix well.
Pour in greased baking pan.
Preheat oven at 350Β°.
Bake for 1 hour, using tube or layer cake pans.
Ice cake with mixture of 1 pound confectioners sugar, 1/2 pound butter and small drained can of crushed pineapple.
