Graham Cracker Brittle
Graham Cracker Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 24 graham crackers, 1 c. margarine, 1 c. light brown sugar, packed and 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with graham crackers. Bring margarine and sugar to a rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
When bubbling has stopped, add nuts. Spoon over graham crackers.
Bake in a moderate oven (350Β°) for 10 minutes.
Cool slightly; cut in strips.
Yields 48 to 70 pieces.
