Gourmet Wild Rice
Gourmet Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 c. wild rice, 12 oz. jimmy dean sausage, 3/4 c. green pepper, 3/4 c. onion and 1/2 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak wild rice overnight.
Brown sausage; drain off fat.
Mix with rice.
Add green pepper, onion, chopped celery, sliced mushrooms and pimento.
Mix in cream of chicken and mushroom soup. Mix well; pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.
