Goulash
Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. melted margarine, 1 c. minced onion, 1 lb. well seasoned ground beef, 1 can peeled tomatoes and 3/4 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook the onion until yellow in the margarine. Add and cook until brown the ground beef.
Add the peeled tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer 1 hour. Cook the macaroni and drain. Stir into meat mixture and enjoy.
