Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Spread into a well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cream and mix together last 3 ingredients.
Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool thoroughly for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
