Mix together cake mix, 1 softened stick of butter and 2 eggs. Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then mix well the powdered sugar, 1 softened stick of butter, 2 eggs and cream cheese.
Pour over first layer.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 40 minutes.
